Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that works to restore balance and harmony to your whole being. It’s based on the understanding that life energy flows through all living things. When this energy becomes blocked or depleted through stress, emotional strain, or physical tension we may feel anxious, tired, or out of alignment.

​Reiki is a holistic form of healing; it treats the source of any disease whether emotional, physical or spiritual. Simple and profound, it comforts, relieves pain, speeds physical healing and releases emotional trauma by activating the bodies’ self-healing mechanism.

During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and simply relax on a treatment couch. I gently place my hands either just above or lightly on the body, allowing healing energy to flow where it’s most needed. Most people describe the experience as deeply calming—often feeling warmth, tingling, waves of peace, or even gentle emotional release.
