A gently blended method using two therapies together to uncover any blocked chakra's and stored trauma within the body, moving tension out of the fascia and restoring calm in physical and mental states.

Reiki therapy and Holosomatic breath work. Concentrated breath work before implementing Reiki to open the energy channels, soothe trapped emotions and support the nervous system. Offers methods to be used at home by locating a safe-self resource for times of stress and uncovers what might trouble us and where it affects the body. Greater awareness of self, feeling of lightness, energised and yet peaceful.
